As the sun sets on another school year, excitement fills the air at Ross Local School District. The school board meeting held on April 17, 2025, served as a platform to remind the community of significant upcoming events, particularly the much-anticipated senior ceremony. Scheduled for May 20 at 7 PM, this year's ceremony will take place at the Cintas Center, where approximately 650 graduates will be honored. Board members urged families to arrive early, noting the usual traffic congestion that accompanies such a large gathering.
In addition to the senior ceremony, the board highlighted two important community events. The all boards event is set for April 24, running from 4 PM to 8 PM, providing an opportunity for community members to engage with school leaders. Following closely, another gathering will occur on May 1 from 3 PM to 7 PM, featuring dinner from 5 PM to 6 PM, located in front of the D. Russell Lee auditorium.
These events not only celebrate the achievements of students but also foster a sense of community involvement and support within the district. As the school year draws to a close, the anticipation for these gatherings reflects the strong ties that bind the Ross Local School District together.
