This includes submitting a report from a professional engineer certifying that all utilities are installed correctly and that no illicit connections are present.

In addition to these measures, the board addressed other ongoing matters, including the withdrawal of an application for 45 Station Street and the continuation of discussions regarding 90 School Street and 506 South Street to future meetings.
