Chino Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) is set to enhance student engagement and leadership skills through a new partnership with local business leaders, following a recent board meeting on April 14, 2025. The initiative, spearheaded by community advocate Heather Worley and educator Billy, aims to bring 40 business professionals into classrooms once a month to co-teach and mentor students.
The program, which is fully funded by Worley’s organization, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, will not incur any costs to the district. This collaboration is designed to provide students with real-world insights and foster essential leadership qualities. Worley expressed her enthusiasm for the initiative, highlighting the positive impact it could have on students, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds.
