Residents of Buena can look forward to an exciting lineup of community events and activities as spring approaches. A magical journey event, originally postponed due to weather, is now set for Wednesday, April 2, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Roth Center. Attendees will have the chance to engage in games, unleash their creativity, and take home a free book of their choice.

In addition to this event, the season is bustling with senior activities. The first senior event, the fine arts capstone project presentation, will take place on March 25 and March 27 at 7:00 PM in the Klein Center. This presentation is a significant milestone for fine arts students who earn a seal of proficiency on their diplomas.

Spring sports are also in full swing, with several games scheduled. The junior varsity baseball team will face Vista Grande on March 19, while varsity baseball will compete against Sunnyside on March 21 and Cienega on March 25. The varsity softball team will play against Sunnyside on March 31. In tennis, the girls' team will host Catalina Foothills on March 19 and Pueblo on March 25, while the boys' team will take on Canyon Del Oro on March 26. Track and field athletes will participate in the Willie Williams meet at the University of Arizona, and boys' volleyball matches are set for March 25 and March 27.

With a variety of events and sports activities on the horizon, the Buena community is gearing up for an engaging and vibrant spring season.
