The survey revealed that while most respondents felt prepared for emergencies, a notable number expressed concerns about their readiness for power outages. This insight was generated by utilizing AI tools, specifically Gemini, to analyze the survey data and extract meaningful conclusions.

In addition to community assessments, the meeting highlighted the integration of AI features in Zoom, which can assist during meetings by providing real-time updates, summaries, and tracking tasks assigned to participants. These tools aim to enhance productivity and ensure that attendees remain engaged and informed.

Another innovative tool discussed was the notebook l m tool, which can summarize large documents and compare versions, making it easier for users to digest information. This tool even offers an audio feature that allows users to listen to summaries, catering to different learning preferences.
