The commission then heard from Troy Lehi, vice president of Southwest Little Rock United for Progress, who spoke in opposition to the proposal. Lehi expressed concerns regarding trash accumulation linked to food trucks operating on the property, which he claimed contributed to a deteriorating environment. He emphasized the need for the applicant to address these issues to prevent further action regarding the food trucks.
