Connie Snow challenges Lennar Homes development at Henry County meeting

Connie Snow, a representative from Conserve Henry, presented a petition with over 2,000 signatures opposing the development. According to Snow, the property is currently listed under the Maggot Revocable Trust, with no recent deed transfers, raising concerns about transparency and accountability.

Snow also pointed out that one of the parcels is linked to the Henry County Board of Education, suggesting that taxpayer-funded land could be at risk of being handed over to developers. She emphasized the need for updated documentation, particularly a school letter that she claimed was outdated and potentially misleading.
