Johnson explained that while he had applied for MetroAccess, he often found fixed-route buses to be more reliable and timely for his needs. He pointed out that the scheduling of MetroAccess could lead to long wait times and inefficient routes, which hindered his ability to attend appointments and community events.

The meeting concluded with a call for the committee to consider the urgent need for improved mobility solutions for individuals with disabilities.
