Mayor unveils Project Phoenix economic impact for downtown development

The City of Gallatin is poised for significant economic growth following a detailed presentation on Project Phoenix during the recent city council meeting. This ambitious mixed-use community center development is set to transform the area surrounding City Hall and the Police Department, promising to bring substantial benefits to the local economy.
