Cobb County launches new precinct to enhance community policing and efficiency

Cobb County celebrated a significant milestone with the grand opening of Police Precinct 6 on April 6, 2025. This new facility aims to enhance law enforcement efficiency and strengthen community partnerships in the area.

"This gives us an opportunity to know our community better," said Chief Van Hooser, who recently retired after 35 years of service.
