Planning Commission approves shared parking for trampoline park and mattress store

The Bel Air Planning Commission made significant strides in ensuring community safety and operational efficiency during their recent meeting on April 3, 2025. A key decision was the approval of a new agreement with the local police department, allowing officers to trespass individuals from the premises if any issues arise. In addition to safety protocols, the commission reviewed the operational hours for a new facility, which spans 13,674 square feet, including a mezzanine.
