HEB ISD expands early literacy program and music opportunities for elementary students

The Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District (HEB ISD) Board of Trustees made significant strides in enhancing early literacy and music education during their regular meeting on March 31, 2025.

A key highlight was the presentation of the Early Literacy Measures of Instruction (MOI) report by Dr. Norgard, which emphasized the district's commitment to improving literacy outcomes for students.
