Orland Park announces summer events lineup at Centennial Park West

The Village of Orland Park is gearing up for an exciting summer with the launch of a new event series, "Centennial Park West Presents." This initiative will feature seven free family-friendly events running from June 12 to September 13, aimed at bringing the community together for fun and entertainment.

Kicking off the series is the Food Truck and Touch Truck Night on June 12, where residents can enjoy a variety of food options while listening to live music from the classic rock group Strung Out. Following this, Elvis fans can look forward to Elvis Night on June 26, featuring Johnny Lyons as the king of rock and roll.

The summer lineup continues with a British Invasion event on July 17, showcasing the popular Beatles tribute band American English, along with the Rolling Stones tribute band Rocks Off. On July 24, the Woodstock 69 Revisited event will celebrate the iconic festival with performances from Jimi Hendrix cover band Axis, Santana tribute band Soul Sacrifice, and Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band Creedence Revived.

August will bring the Rock and Roll Car Show on the 7th, featuring the Chicago cover band Rock House. Finally, the series will conclude with Miss Jamie's Farm Fun and Interactive Show at the Orland Park Country Market on September 13.

These events promise to enhance community spirit and provide residents with enjoyable experiences throughout the summer months. As the season approaches, families can look forward to a vibrant lineup of music and activities at Centennial Park West.
