The proposed upgrades aim to transform the building into a vibrant hub for arts and community engagement, featuring a mix of multipurpose rooms, a café theater, and a gallery.
The renovation plan outlines three distinct floors, each designed to serve various community needs. The first floor will welcome visitors with a grand entryway, a box office, and a gift shop, alongside essential support facilities like restrooms and dressing rooms. A notable feature is the café theater, which will accommodate approximately 150 seats, providing a space for performances and events.
Moving to the second floor, the design includes a dynamic gallery area, which will be relocated from the T Ball Convention Center, creating an inviting two-story open space. This floor will also house additional multipurpose rooms for meetings and practices, enhancing the facility's versatility.
