The City Council of Ashland, OH, has officially kicked off the holiday season with the much-anticipated 2024 Annual Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting, and Downtown Fireworks, drawing an impressive crowd of over 15,000 attendees. This year’s parade featured around 80 entries, showcasing local businesses and community organizations, each contributing to the festive atmosphere.
Among the highlights was the participation of Armstrong, a long-standing community partner since 1969, which provided live coverage of the parade. Their float celebrated the spirit of the season, while also emphasizing their commitment to local service. University Hospitals also joined the festivities, presenting a nostalgic float that evoked memories of simpler times with classic toys, reminding attendees of the joy of childhood.
