Portsmouth Town Council supports Vision Zero for roadway safety improvements

The community has expressed a strong desire for more sidewalks, crosswalks, and educational programs for drivers and cyclists.

The council also discussed the potential for regional collaboration with neighboring towns, which could enhance the competitiveness of grant applications for safety funding. The meeting underscored the town's commitment to improving roadway safety and the importance of community involvement in shaping effective solutions.
