Thunder on the River reveals band lineup and event details for August festival

The Ironton City Council meeting on March 13, 2025, featured an exciting update on the upcoming "Thunder on the River" event, promising to draw significant crowds and showcase local talent. The event promoter shared details about the festival, which is set to take place from August 20 to August 23, and is expected to attract between 20,000 to 40,000 attendees.

The lineup includes a variety of bands, with performances scheduled for each night. Notable acts include Jack Jasmine Cain and Hot Rod DeVille on opening night, followed by Emily Ferguson and the Boys, Emotional Damage and Good and Stout, and Grama Fed opening for Charlie Bonet III on the final night. In addition to the musical performances, the event will feature a "Miss Thunder on the River" contest for participants aged 18 and older.
