The cottages, each measuring 20 by 34 feet, will be built in a designated area of the property, adhering to existing zoning regulations. Perrella noted that while some potential cottage owners had to withdraw due to financial constraints, the overall plans remain unchanged. The new construction aims to enhance the retreat center's offerings and accommodate families looking to stay at the facility.
