While there has been growth in academic achievement, particularly in reading, math scores have shown concerning trends. The leadership team is actively working on strategies to improve math performance, including targeted interventions for students in the bottom 20th percentile.

Attendance issues were also discussed, with chronic absenteeism on the rise since the pandemic. To combat this, the school has implemented monthly attendance parties to reward students with perfect attendance, which has seen some success, particularly among older students.
