Kaye Bell seeks position on Sudbury Housing Trust to enhance community diversity

Kaye Bell is set to join Sudbury's Housing Trust, a move unanimously supported by current members during the December 17 Select Board meeting. Bell, a resident of Old Lancaster Road for over a decade, expressed her passion for fostering a diverse community through her involvement in municipal activities over the past eight years.

In her introduction, Bell highlighted the importance of the Housing Trust's mission, which aims to enhance homeownership opportunities and address societal challenges related to generational wealth. "I value living in a community that welcomes residents of diverse backgrounds," she stated, emphasizing her commitment to the Trust's goals.

Current Housing Trust member praised Bell's proactive approach and creativity, noting her readiness to contribute ideas and engage in hands-on work. "The housing trust needs people to come in and help work on the various programs," they remarked, underscoring the Trust's need for active participation.
