A notable highlight was the recent wine event, which, despite a last-minute change in participation, successfully generated funds for the library. One winery, facing a medical emergency, pledged to donate proceeds from wine sales to the library. The trustees are currently working to transfer funds from Eventbrite into the library's donation account, navigating municipal banking protocols to ensure the funds are secured.
