An exciting week is on the horizon for Westford Academy, highlighted by the upcoming Empty Bowls Charity Dinner on Thursday, March 6, from 5 to 7 PM. This event, held in the cafeteria, aims to raise funds for the senior center in Westford. Attendees can enjoy soup while listening to service members share their community contributions. Entry is just $5, making it an affordable way to support a good cause.

In addition to the charity dinner, students are gearing up for the SATs this Saturday, March 8, with best wishes extended to the junior class. The following week, on March 12, the Best Buddies club will host a dance party after school, promising a fun event for participants.

The Westford community is also invited to the Boosters Trivia Night this Saturday, where doors open at 7 PM and trivia kicks off at 8 PM. Individual tickets are priced at $30, while a table for ten costs $280. Proceeds from this event will support scholarships for students and provide funding for athletic equipment and uniforms.

As course selections for the next academic year are due this Friday at 2 PM, underclassmen are reminded to submit their choices on time. Seniors are also encouraged to apply for the WA Trustee Scholarship, with applications due by Monday, March 10, at 2 PM.

Finally, the Westford Academy will host its first-ever Polar Plunge on March 11, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Special Olympics, aiming to raise $3,000 for the cause.
