Little Children's Schoolhouse seeks parking relief for mixed-use development approval

The Brookline Zoning Board of Appeals convened on February 20, 2025, to discuss a significant development project that aims to enhance community resources and housing options. The building, previously an old bank, has been deemed not historically significant by the preservation commission, allowing for its redevelopment.

The project includes 9,842 square feet of gross floor area and 591 square feet of outdoor space, contributing to the local environment and providing essential services for families in Brookline.
