Mayor Herbert celebrates Juicy restaurant opening in downtown New Rochelle

New Rochelle celebrated the grand opening of Juicy, a new restaurant in the downtown area, on March 3, 2025. The event, hosted by Catherine White of the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce, brought together local officials, community members, and the restaurant's owners, Melissa Pashon, Anna Hernandez, and Fabian Godoy.
