This partnership aims to foster cultural exchange through a youth program that will send American students to Germany for two weeks and host German youth in Tallmadge. Pastor Doty emphasized the enriching experiences this program will offer, including stays in local homes and visits to historical sites. He encouraged community involvement, inviting local high school and early college students to participate.

The meeting proceeded with a roll call confirming all council members were present, followed by the approval of the previous meeting's minutes, which included a minor correction regarding the date.
