The scope of this initiative is vast, involving the installation of approximately ten miles of fiber, video, and audio cables. While Poore acknowledges the extensive labor involved, he emphasizes that the true impact of this upgrade transcends mere numbers. "Having this fire up and operate as expected is going to be amazing for not only me, but the public as a whole," he stated, highlighting the expanded coverage and accessibility that will now be available to Minnesota residents.

With the new system, citizens will have unprecedented access to legislative hearings and floor sessions. Multiple cameras will be installed in every hearing room, allowing viewers to see individual senators and testifiers in real-time, a feature that was previously lacking.
