The STARBASE event, hosted at Rivers Casino from 5 PM to 8:30 PM, will include keynote speaker Don Carey, a former NFL player and Chesapeake City Council member, alongside comedian Cletus Cassidy as the master of ceremonies.

Board members commended Dr. Bracey and staff for their quick adjustments, ensuring that elementary students received necessary materials and that staff remained available virtually during the storm.
