The fourth issue involved the improper use of designated launch areas for paddleboards and kayaks. The resident noted that individuals often launch their equipment from the guest slips, obstructing pathways and creating dangerous situations for boaters navigating the area.

Lastly, the resident expressed worries about overall safety, particularly regarding interactions with strangers approaching family members while they are alone on their boats. This concern underscored the need for enhanced security measures.

In light of these issues, the resident proposed the installation of security gates at both ends of the guest slip docks. This measure aims to restrict access while still allowing for necessary activities such as launching paddleboards and accessing pump-out facilities.
