Kansas City Event Bus Company faces $8750 penalties for safety violations

The Commission noted that the carrier was also operating vehicles with expired registrations and had multiple violations related to vehicle maintenance and record keeping. Staff recommended approval of the penalty order, asserting that the fines were appropriate given the severity of the violations.
