Ashwaubenon approves Stadium View expansion and Winding Creek Estates subdivision plans

The Village of Ashwaubenon’s Plan Commission meeting on February 4, 2025, brought forward significant developments that promise to enhance the community's infrastructure and recreational offerings.

One of the key discussions centered around the proposed expansion of the Stadium View Bar and Grill, located at 1963 Holmgren Way. The plan involves enclosing the second-floor patio with overhead garage doors, allowing for year-round use of the space. The architectural design will maintain the existing aesthetic of the venue, utilizing fully concealed fastener metal wall panels.
