This initiative, led by CAPSA, a nonprofit organization serving survivors of domestic violence, seeks to build strong partnerships between law enforcement and community organizations. The program aims to improve outcomes for survivors by fostering trust and communication among service providers.

Another notable discussion centered on the Healthy Utah Communities program, which requested $250,001 to promote health and wellness initiatives across the state. This program focuses on prevention strategies to combat rising rates of diabetes, heart disease, and obesity in Utah.
