Loudon City has officially appointed Kevin Goins as the new city manager following a swift joint meeting of the City Council and Utility Board on November 25, 2024. The meeting, which lasted just three minutes, culminated in a unanimous vote to approve Goins' appointment and contract, marking a significant step in the city's leadership transition.
