The license, previously held by Coffee Quarter LLC, will now be under the management of Corey T. Hunter, who aims to revitalize the establishment after a period of decline under previous ownership.

Hunter emphasized his commitment to restoring the cafe's former vibrancy, noting that he plans to model operations after the original owner, who successfully ran the business for nearly 12 years.
