Catawba County Board celebrates students and employees in monthly meeting

The Catawba County Schools Board of Education convened on January 27, 2025, to discuss various agenda items, including the approval of previous meeting minutes, adjustments to the agenda, and a report from the superintendent.

The meeting began with a recognition of outstanding students. Board members expressed pride in a senior who has been actively involved in school activities throughout her high school years and is set to enlist in the Navy. Another student was highlighted for his aspirations to attend the Air Force Academy and pursue a career as a pilot.
