Sparks City Council honors 2024 Christmas parade winners in festive ceremony

The Sparks City Council meeting on January 27, 2025, brought a festive spirit to the chambers as the winners of the 2024 Hometown Christmas Parade were celebrated. The overall winner was Whitewater, Spanish Springs Construction, and Dream Maker, Bass and Kitchen.

Monserrett also acknowledged the contributions of local volunteers and sponsors, including Living Stones Church, which helped with setup and served hot chocolate, and Nugget Casino Resort, which sponsored the parade. The support from these organizations and individuals underscores the community's collaborative spirit and commitment to making local events successful.
