The second phase focuses on designing a new heating system, contingent upon approval of a previous controlled maintenance request. The final phase seeks funding for the comprehensive solution identified during the design process.

The urgency of the request was underscored by the lack of long-term relocation options for residents should the heating system fail. DOLA is exploring various heating alternatives, including geothermal options, and is committed to keeping the committee informed as they evaluate the best course of action.
