Concerns were also voiced about the potential for flooding, particularly in light of recent storm events that have already strained local infrastructure.

Traffic safety emerged as another critical issue, with residents describing Old Gladiolus Road as hazardous for pedestrians and cyclists, especially with heavy truck traffic from nearby businesses. Suggestions were made for improved sidewalks to ensure safer access to nearby Lakes Park, which the new residents are expected to utilize.
