One resident, who lives just 0.67 miles from the proposed project site, highlighted the drastic changes in commute times, noting that what used to be a 30-minute drive to work has now extended to over an hour due to traffic congestion.

The resident recounted a previous gas leak incident that caused severe delays, with many commuters experiencing three-hour delays. The ongoing traffic issues have been exacerbated by heavy vehicles, including dump trucks and semis, which frequently travel at high speeds through residential areas. This has raised safety alarms, particularly as the resident reported multiple accidents and fatalities near their home.

Concerns were also raised about the proposed entrance to the new development, which would be situated in an area already plagued by fast-moving traffic.
