City manager reveals ambitious plans for community development

In addition to operational improvements, Clark announced plans to bid for the Forest Park City Center, a new facility that will feature innovative office spaces, a 350-room banquet hall, and a fully ADA accessible pool. This center aims to cater to the needs of \"legacy residents,\" a term Clark prefers over \"seniors,\" emphasizing respect for their contributions to the community.

The city manager also reported progress on various development projects, including the completion of townhomes on Main Street and a new restaurant planned for the downtown area.
