Willis, who owns a 2.5-acre lot, reported that both ends of the road leading to her property have been blocked by neighboring landowners, effectively cutting off her access.

Willis also expressed frustration over a new policy implemented by the county's planning department, which states that residents will no longer receive physical copies of documents related to their property. Instead, all documentation will be handled electronically. She highlighted her recent experience at the county office, where she was unable to retrieve important paperwork despite having paid fees for processing.

In response to her inquiries, Janie Barone, the planning manager, assured Willis that a staff member would take her contact information to address her concerns. The meeting underscored the challenges residents face regarding property access and the transition to electronic documentation, raising questions about the effectiveness of communication and support from local government offices.
