Jeff Sargent, another resident whose property backs up to the proposed site, echoed these sentiments. He referenced a strategic planning document from 2002 that outlined zoning expectations for the area, which included a maximum of three units per acre. Sargent criticized the developers' request to rezone the property to allow for 14 to 16 units per acre, emphasizing the need to respect the community's vision for the eastern gateway of Centerville.
