The primary source of revenue for the airport remains the leasing of land and facilities.

A significant update was provided regarding the sports complex, which the city leases from the airport. The latest appraisal valued the 76-acre complex at $3,485,000, resulting in a new rental fee of $418,000—an increase of approximately $200,000.

Despite these developments, officials noted that there were few changes to the overall budget. The only additional funding request was for $200,000, with $100,000 earmarked for ongoing building maintenance needs. The meeting underscored the airport's stable financial outlook, with no major unfunded projects on the horizon.
