The plan also envisions a headquarters hotel with approximately 300 rooms, equipped with its own function space totaling around 22,000 square feet. The overall vision includes the potential for additional hotels, targeting a total of 550 new rooms to create a more walkable environment for visitors.

Design plans presented during the meeting highlighted the integration of the hotel and convention center, featuring amenities such as a rooftop bar and terraces with waterfront views. Financial projections indicate that the expansion could generate over 50,000 new room nights in Branson, with significant economic impacts anticipated. The project is expected to double the local economic impact of the convention center, potentially resulting in over $1.7 billion in new spending over the next 30 years and supporting annual earnings of approximately $760 million.
