Wheeler reported that despite her previous appeals four months ago, no visible action had been taken to address the high contamination levels. She described alarming conditions, including overflowing sewer manholes and hazardous waste in public areas, which pose risks to children playing nearby. Wheeler expressed frustration over the lack of response from local health authorities and suggested involving the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) if the situation does not improve.

Additionally, Wheeler discussed issues with her pond, which has historically overflowed due to nearby developments. She noted a recent change in water levels, suggesting the emergence of an underground spring that may be affecting local waterways. Despite her repeated requests for intervention, she stated that no action has been taken to investigate or resolve these issues.
