The meeting began with a question regarding the height of the proposed structure, specifically whether its 55-foot elevation would obstruct views from nearby restaurants on Wall Street. Officials acknowledged that while shadow analysis had been conducted, the effects on views from Walnut Street had not been thoroughly examined.
