In a recent court testimony, a witness recounted a harrowing incident involving a shooting that occurred in a residential neighborhood. The witness described observing a white Durango vehicle traveling northbound on Cardone Street, stopping near the intersection with Robin Wood. Two women exited the vehicle, one of whom engaged in a brief conversation with a man identified as the defendant.

The witness noted that the interaction appeared casual, with no visible weapons or aggressive behavior from either party. After their conversation, the defendant gestured for the woman to follow him towards the rear of a nearby home, where two stationary vans were located. The witness, who frequents the area, mentioned that these vans had not moved in approximately two years.

Shortly after the pair moved out of sight, the witness heard a scream for help emanating from the direction of the vans. Upon looking, he saw the woman running towards the street, shouting for help. The witness reported hearing a gunshot just as she yelled, followed by her cries for assistance before she collapsed on the ground.
