Key figures shared included participation from 13 commercial vendors, six of which reported sales exceeding $3,000, including a nonprofit that raised funds for its annual initiatives. Additionally, eight nonprofit vendors successfully engaged with the community, leading to new sign-ups for beekeeping classes and water testing programs.

Food vendors also played a crucial role, with nine vendors generating a total of $27,100 in sales, although four reported no sales. The overall sentiment among vendors was one of gratitude for the opportunity to connect with the community and promote their businesses.

Lynn McClary, representing the foundation, shared insights from the Virginia Association of Fairs Conference, where Grayson County made its debut. The county's fair received five ribbons in various categories, including a blue ribbon for its Facebook page, marking a successful first representation at the state level.

Michelle Pridgen reported record attendance at the fair, estimating 1,600 visitors, and noted an increase in exhibit entries despite a slight decrease in the number of participants. The fair showcased 342 entries, with a notable 37 from youth participants.

Treasurer Elizabeth Hash announced the highest number of sponsors and vendors in the fair's history, with 45 sponsors and 21 vendors. A new tiered sponsorship system was introduced, providing incentives for different levels of contributions, which has proven effective in boosting financial support for the fair.
