The North Las Vegas government is set to embark on a comprehensive update of its Parks and Recreation Master Plan, the first since 2004. With the city's population more than doubling from approximately 140,000 in 2002 to over 280,000 today, officials recognize the need to reassess community needs and facilities.

The new master plan aims to gather extensive input from residents through a robust outreach program, likely incorporating both virtual surveys and in-person meetings.
