The dispensary plans to create 40 new jobs and enhance security measures, including expanded parking and lighting. The planning staff has recommended approval, noting the dispensary's successful operation since 2018 without complaints.

Lastly, a proposal to construct a 160-unit affordable housing development at the site of the former Goodyear Middle School was presented. The new building, named \"The Heights,\" will feature outdoor courtyards and is designed to meet LEED Silver Certification standards.
