Commissioner Chrissy commended the developers for their efforts to protect existing trees and expand conservation areas, noting that the project exceeds minimum buffer requirements around wetlands. The plan includes a bus rapid transit route to connect the village core with local businesses and educational institutions, further enhancing accessibility.
